Return Policy for Defective Items

Returns for defective items (not abused, misused, or altered) are accepted under the following conditions:

• Authorization: Request within 30 days of receipt.
  
  
• Return Period: Ship the item back within 15 days of receiving authorization.
  
  
• Shipping Costs: The applicant is responsible for return shipping and must provide proof of delivery. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  
  
• Packaging: Return items must be securely packaged and fully insured.
  
  
• Refund Process: A full refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.

For returns due to a change of mind, a 15% restocking fee will applied.
